Since 1998 		Andrea Slitti's chocolate career actually began in his father's coffee roasting workshop. Over time, he became a master at blending beans to achieve the utmost in flavor. Mr. Slitti then looked for a way to expand his artistry. Chocolate would be his next pursuit, and the first Slitti Italian chocolate was produced in 1988. Andrea has relied on his experience and his father's advice since then to refine the art of chocolate making with blended cocoa to achieve the ultimate chocolate flavor.
