Ritual Chocolate

Ritual Chocolate, based in Park City, Utah, has been crafting small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate since 2010. Founded by Robbie Stout and Anna Davies, their mission is to produce exceptional quality chocolate while honoring the complexity of cacao. Using a blend of traditional European methods and modern American style, they create smooth chocolate that preserves the nuanced flavors of their well-sourced cacao. Starting in a tiny Colorado studio and now based in Utah, they combine old-world techniques with advanced machinery. Ritual Chocolate believes that chocolate creates meaningful experiences and rituals, valuing the little moments it brings to life. They are deeply committed to sourcing their cacao ethically and sustainably, forming long-term partnerships with farmers and cooperatives who prioritize environmental and social impact, ensuring a future of enjoyable cacao for all.

    Inspired by the mountains and growers of high-country Utah, this bar is a blend of lavender grown by Lavender Hill Farms in Eden, Utah and dried juniper berries. Both ingredients are finely ground into Mid Mountain Blend chocolate giving a floral, aromatic finish that lingers on the tongue and conjures up the scent of a high mountain meadow. 60g / 2.12 oz per bar.

    Made with Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, this chocolate is rich, dark and creamy with a floral, buttery aroma. The chocolate highlights the amazing flavors of bourbon vanilla. Whole vanilla beans from Madagascar are combined with Mid Mountain Blend chocolate. If you're curious about the higher price point of this bar, it all has to do with the cost of vanilla. A relatively high amount of pure vanilla is added to this chocolate, and bourbon vanilla from Madagascar just so happens to be one of the most expensive ingredients in the world. 60g / 2.12 oz per bar.
