The Pralus tradition of excellence began in a French patisserie opened by Auguste Pralus in 1948. François Pralus, a revered French chocolatier, has carried on his family's legacy of excellence since 1991. He sources cocoa beans worldwide to create distinctive single origin chocolate bars. His expertise as a Master Chocolate Maker, a rarity in France, is evident in his meticulous craftsmanship. François also owns a Madagascar plantation, ensuring premium cocoa quality, especially the prized Criollo bean. Maison Pralus, located in Roanne, oversees every chocolate-making step, resulting in "real" chocolate. His commitment to bean-to-bar production ensures top-notch quality for the Pralus chocolate we now offer, taking you on a journey of unique taste through the world of chocolate and cocoas..
