This distinctive Cru chocolate contains trinitario-type cacaos with a high content of criollo genotype. The cacao used to make this chocolate is grown in the Andean region of Venezuela. It has mild notes of almond and coffee, excellent finesse, smoothness and finish. Net wt.: 5Kg/11lbs. Factory packaged in a Heavy Duty Re-closable bag.
