Dr. Robert Steinberg partnered with winemaker John Scharffenberger in 1989 to establish this unique chocolate venture. They sourced beans from small growers worldwide, crafted in small batches with traditional methods and vintage machinery. Their dedication led to the creation of intensely flavorful chocolate blends.
