Shipping Information Update (3/25/20): During the COVID-19 situation, FedEx & UPS have removed their Service Guarantees. There will be no shipping refunds for late delivery.
Also, FedEx / UPS / Post Office may not require signature for delivery even if we specify such for the shipment. Take extra care to be sure you are sending the shipment to a secure location. Chocosphere cannot be responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
