Chocosphere continues to operate during this unprecedented wildfire season in Oregon. However, some of the shipping services are being affected by the current extremely poor air quality. Chocosphere is open during our normal business hours and shipping orders during the COVID-19 situation.

Shipping Information Update (3/25/20): During the COVID-19 situation, FedEx & UPS have removed their Service Guarantees. There will be no shipping refunds for late delivery.

Also, FedEx / UPS / Post Office may not require signature for delivery even if we specify such for the shipment. Take extra care to be sure you are sending the shipment to a secure location. Chocosphere cannot be responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
