François Pralus' Madagascar dark chocolate bulk squares are made with single origin Criollo cacao from the Ambaja area of Madagascar, in the region of Sambirano plentiful in criollo trees. The flavors in this chocolate are well balanced with crisp acidity, fruitiness and floral notes. Each square is approximately 5g, a perfect size for a single taste. 75% Cocoa. 250g / 8.8oz net weight.
