Valrhona 'Les Perles' Semi-sweet dark chocolate pearls are small dark chocolate balls, semisweet with 55% Cocoa. They are perfect for pastries, cakes, cookies and other delectable chocolate treats. Also makes a wonderful chocolate decoration. Somewhat smaller than conventional chocolate cookie chips.

Now made with sunflower lecithin. May contain traces of soy.
