How to Prepare Pralus Hot Chocolate
Ingredients for One Cup:
30g (2 tablespoons) Pralus Hot Chocolate Mix
15g (1 tablespoon) Turbinado Sugar
A smidgen of Himalayan Salt
236ml (~1 cup) milk or plant-based milk
Instructions:
Place the chocolate mix, sugar, and salt into a cup.
Add 60ml (1/4 cup) of milk and whisk until smooth.
Heat the remaining milk in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Once the milk begins to boil, remove from heat and pour into the cup.
Whisk again until creamy and smooth, and indulge in the decadent chocolate experience!
