Cordillera's Sierra Nevada White Chocolate Discs are very versatile, Fair Trade, single-origin Colombia, kosher-dairy, and delicious in your favorite recipe or for eating out of hand. With a cacao content of 35% and overall fat content of 40-43%, this general-purpose chocolate is suitable for molding and enrobing as well as many other purposes. Cordillera describes Sierra Nevada White as a creamy white chocolate, soft and balanced with intense milky notes which bring out the distinguished aroma of Colombian cacao. 

Available in original 5 kg box as well as 1 kg or 500g reclosable bags repacked by Chocosphere.
