Valrhona Taïnori Les Feves 64% Single Origin Dark Chocolate Couverture Discs offer a sensory journey with flavors of yellow fruit, roasted almonds, and freshly baked bread. Valrhona has collaborated closely with Dominican producers, employing unique fermentation and drying methods to create excellent cocoa, shaping Taïnori's distinctive flavor. Named as a tribute to the island's indigenous Taïnos people, this chocolate reflects the rich terroir's history. The island of Hispaniola, marked by a jagged mountain landscape and a coastline frequented by hurricanes, boasts a longstanding tradition of cocoa cultivation. Ideal for coating, molding, bars, mousse, cream mix, ganache, ice creams, and sorbets. Pair with apricot, mango, plum, peach, cinnamon, nutmeg, Sichuan pepper, vanilla, and honey for an exquisite experience. Available in a factory 3 kg bag or 1 kg and 500g resealable bags repacked by Chocosphere.
