Absolutely wonderful. Was fortunate enough to visit a Pralus chocolate/pastry shop while in Lyon, France. Amazing chocolate on it's own, but the Barre Infernale bars are perfection.

They're pricey and indulgent, but if you really enjoy high quality chocolate and don't mind spending a bit more for it, these bars are for you.
