Luker Chocolate Tumaco Single Region 65% Dark Chocolate Couverture Discs

Luker Chocolate Tumaco Single Region 65% Dark Chocolate Couverture Discs are crafted from carefully selected Colombian cacao grown in the coastal Tumaco region, delivering a balanced bittersweet profile with defined cocoa notes and distinctive fruity and floral character. The region's fertile alluvial soils, tropical climate, and generations of cocoa-growing expertise contribute to the chocolate's rich flavor, subtle earthy undertones, and remarkable depth. With a versatile 3-drop fluidity, this Colombian chocolate performs beautifully in enrobing, molding, decorative figures, fillings, ganaches, desserts, and chocolate decorations. Produced by Luker Chocolate, a family-owned Colombian chocolate maker with roots dating back to 1906, this single region couverture reflects both the natural qualities of Tumaco's renowned cacao and the cultural heritage of the communities that cultivate it. Available in a factory-packed, vacuum-sealed, resealable 2.5 kg bag or a convenient 500 g reclosable bag repackaged by Chocosphere.
