Luker Chocolate Peru Single Origin 72% Dark Chocolate Couverture Discs

Luker Chocolate Perú 72% Dark Chocolate is a Single Origin Colombian-made couverture crafted from cocoa grown near the rainforest region of Pomabamba, Peru. This 72% dark chocolate delivers an impressive cocoa profile balanced by refined bitterness and subtle sweetness, with fruity notes, gentle acidity, and distinctive citrus undertones that give it remarkable character.
