Felchlin Maracaibo Single Region 65% Dark Chocolate Couverture Discs are crafted from fine Venezuelan cacao from the renowned Sur del Lago region, creating a harmonious Grand Cru couverture with a richly layered flavor profile. Distinct cacao character is complemented by inviting aromas of coffee and plum, while Felchlin’s traditional gentle processing brings forward delicate notes of orange blossom and cinnamon. The finish develops into a subtle, sweet raisin bouquet, adding warmth and complexity. Well suited to molding bars and specialties, coating pralines, filling hollow shells, and creating ganaches, mousses, creams, and other refined confections.
