Felchlin Madagascar Single Origin 64% Dark Chocolate Couverture Discs

Felchlin Madagascar Single Origin 64% Dark Chocolate Couverture Discs are crafted from fine cacao grown in Madagascar’s renowned Sambirano region, producing a balanced and distinctly fruity Swiss Grand Cru couverture. The rich cacao flavor is layered with roasted hazelnut and fresh forest berry notes, while Felchlin’s gentle 72-hour conching process develops subtle fruit acidity alongside delicate hints of clove and cedar. A long, harmonious finish adds depth and refinement, making this couverture especially suited to fine chocolate work and desserts. Ideal for coating pralines and specialties, filling hollow shells, and creating ganaches, mousses, creams, and other pastry applications. Available in a factory-sealed 2 kg bag or 1 kg and 500 g reclosable bags repackaged by Chocosphere.

Chocosphere repackages products using shared equipment and facilities. While procedures are followed to prevent cross-contact, repackaged items may contain traces of peanuts, tree nuts, egg, milk, gluten, and soy.
