The result of passionate teamwork between sourcing teams, cacao producers, innovation and sensory experts and L’École Valrhona’s pastry chefs, Amatika 46% represents the premium chocolate that contemporary vegan pastry-making has been longing for. A true showcase of chocolatier expertise.

Created in the style of a traditional milk chocolate, it combines the sweetness and creaminess of pure ground almonds in lieu of dairy products with the aromatic potency of Madagascan cacao.

Amatika 46% is vegan certified by the European Vegetarian Union and is currently in the process of begin certified by the American Vegan Action organization.
