François Pralus' Venezuela dark chocolate bulk squares are made with single origin Trinitario cacao from Barlovento, East of Caracas, facing the Caribbean sea, a region of small villages and cacao cooperatives. The flavor notes in this chocolate are of of burnt butter and licorice, and flavors are persistent on the palate. Each square is approximately 5g, a perfect size for a single taste. 75% Cocoa. 5g / .175oz net weight.
