Guasare is a rare variety and the mother of all the varieties of Criollo. It has been grown on the Domori plantation in Venezuela since 2002. Among chocolate connoisseurs, it is known for its fineness and for its aromas of dried fruit and honey. This is a Criollo made to perfection. 70% Cocoa, 1.76oz/50g net wt.
