Warm Weather Packaging

Chocosphere delivers premium chocolate in premium condition—even in warm weather!

To protect your order, we may add Warm-Weather Packaging at no extra charge when needed. This may include insulation, foil wrap, molded or panel styrofoam, and gel ice packs (or insulation alone if sufficient), chosen based on projected weather while keeping environmental considerations in mind.

If you prefer Warm-Weather Packaging used unconditionally, you may add it as a product to your cart for an extra charge.

Please note:

• Someone must be available to receive the package promptly. Chocosphere cannot be responsible for damage if packages are left outside after delivery.
• We may delay shipping if temperatures exceed safe levels (typically above 95°F).
• “Warm-Weather Packaging” is available with Value Shipping, Postal Priority Mail, 2nd Day, Overnight, and qualifying Ground shipping (3 days or less from our warehouse).

We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the package right away—such as a workplace if home delivery may sit outside. Rest assured, if damage occurs despite proper handling, Chocosphere will stand behind your order and work to resolve the issue.
