Pralus

The Pralus tradition of excellence began in a French patisserie opened by Auguste Pralus in 1948. His son, François, expanded on this tradition in 1991 by venturing into the world of gourmet chocolate. He searched the cocoa growing regions of the world to find the best Criollo, Trinitario and Forestero cocoas. François Pralus (pronounced Pră‑loose) then created his own chocolate from the beans, achieving the peak of flavor and aroma. The result is the Pralus chocolate we now offer, taking you on a journey of unique taste through the world of chocolate and cocoas.

  1. Pralus Carre de Cafe au Lait - Milk Coffee Bar 50g

Pralus Carre de Cafe au Lait 50g

Coffee, milk powder, cocoa butter and sugar for a balanced smooth taste.

Many of us have come to know milk chocolate bars flavored with coffee. Pralus Carre de Cafe au Lait takes us in a different direction. This milk coffee bar combines the flavor of fine pure arabica coffee and milk powder with the smooth texture of cocoa butter and, of course, added sugar for the right balance of sweetness and a taste reminiscent of Cafe au Lait. Another way to think about this bar is white chocolate with coffee replacing vanilla. Vincent Ferniot's childhood dream was realized by his friend François Pralus. So for a change, have square of coffee with your cup of coffee, or perhaps by itself! 50g / 1.75oz net wt. Learn More
