Shipping Bulletin (Nov. 28th, 2023):   Our holiday deadlines are set to enable on-time holiday delivery with normal shipping company service. However, our shippers (USPS, UPS, & FedEx) are still experiencing sporadic delays due to staffing shortages. Because of this, there is still no money-back guarantee for late deliveries.
We at Chocosphere are currently shipping on time. However, given current realities we are not responsible if deliveries are late due to shipping company delays. Thanks for your understanding.

Important: Select your shipping method carefully. Chocosphere cannot be responsible for late holiday delivery if you pick a shipping method past its ordering deadline as shown above, if the shipping carrier does not meet it's published commitment, if severe weather delays delivery, or if you do not provide all the information we need to ship your order timely.

As detailed in the “UPS 2023 Year-End Holiday Schedule”, the delivery commitment time for Overnight and UPS 2nd Day Air® packages is extended to the end of the shipping day on selected days.

The UPS Service Guarantee is suspended for all UPS® Ground shipments for delivery between December 2nd through December 24th.


Consistent with the “FedEx 2023 Holiday Money-Back Guarantee Policy” from December 18th through December 24th, the FedEx Money-Back Guarantee for on-time delivery of FedEx Express® shipments is suspended for shipments delivered by the end of the day on the published delivery commitment date for the selected service and destination.

The money-back guarantee for FedEx Ground and FedEx Home Delivery® is suspended for packages shipped between December 2nd through December 24th.

Please select your shipping option with these considerations in mind.
