Shipping Bulletin (Dec. 14, 2020): Our holiday deadlines are set to enable on-time holiday delivery with normal shipping company service.  However, this year with the COVID-19 situation all three of our shippers (USPS, UPS & FedEx) are in a situation as noted today on the FedEx web site:
"Record high volumes of e-commerce orders, COVID 19 closures and weather events may cause delivery delays."
We at Chocosphere are currently shipping on time.  However, given current realities we are not responsible if deliveries are late due to shipping company delays.  Thanks for your understanding.

Chocosphere will be closed for the New Year's Day Holiday from
Thursday, December 31st at 4:30PM PST until Monday, January 4th at 8:30AM PST.
  The shipment of orders placed during this period may be delayed.
Please take this into account when selecting your shipping method.

Chocosphere is open during our normal business hours and shipping orders during the COVID-19 situation.


Shipping Information Update (3/25/20): During the COVID-19 situation, FedEx & UPS have removed their Service Guarantees. There will be no shipping refunds for late delivery.

Also, FedEx / UPS / Post Office may not require signature for delivery even if we specify such for the shipment. Take extra care to be sure you are sending the shipment to a secure location. Chocosphere cannot be responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
