From the valley of the Sambirano river, Madagascar, a hybrid of Criollo and Trinitario cacao. Intense fragrance with aromatic notes of berries, cashew nuts, pepper and cinnamon, accompanied by a pleasant acidity. Sweet and rounded, with great persistence. Net wt.: 500g/1.1lbs.
