Ritual Chocolate

Ritual Chocolate, based in Park City, Utah, has been crafting small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate since 2010. Founded by Robbie Stout and Anna Davies, their mission is to produce exceptional quality chocolate while honoring the complexity of cacao. Using a blend of traditional European methods and modern American style, they create smooth chocolate that preserves the nuanced flavors of their well-sourced cacao. Starting in a tiny Colorado studio and now based in Utah, they combine old-world techniques with advanced machinery. Ritual Chocolate believes that chocolate creates meaningful experiences and rituals, valuing the little moments it brings to life. They are deeply committed to sourcing their cacao ethically and sustainably, forming long-term partnerships with farmers and cooperatives who prioritize environmental and social impact, ensuring a future of enjoyable cacao for all.

    Made with Belize 75% chocolate and topped with house-made honeycomb toffee. Utah is also known as The Beehive State, so Ritual Chocolate couldn’t resist making a chocolate bar that represents their state. For their toffee they use Utah-local Hollow Tree Honey, which is carefully sourced raw, wildflower honey from hives across the Wasatch Mountain range. This honey is full of floral, nectar flavors that are unique to the array of wildflowers growing in high altitude Utah. 60g / 2.12oz per bar.
