Guittard's 'Brussels' Milk Chocolate wafers have a similar flavor profile to their Soleil d'Or milk chocolate but is more viscous with 33% fat. Bold and rich with a medium brown color, caramel accent, fresh dairy notes, and perhaps a hint of cinnamon. Smooth and delicious. 50 lbs net weight of wafers in a bulk box.
