It makes a delicious coating that holds together well when frozen, while melting nicely with excellent flavor when enjoyed. Specially made for coating ice cream. Important note: To properly use this coating, you need to be able to melt the entire contents of the 55 lb pail at one time. After doing so, and mixing everything together well, you can portion into smaller containers to use a smaller amount at a time. Learn More
