Callebaut Dark Small Chocolate Flakes are tasty, miniature crispy sprinkles made from 100% chocolate in all different shapes and sizes. Their deep gloss is naturally obtained through patient panning in copper bowls. These flakes are a great way to add an artisan character and a nice bite to our truffles, pralines, ice cream, desserts, pastries, and much more. They have an irregular semi-rectangular shape and measure between 1.5 and 2.7mm. Packed in a factory sealed re-closable bag, 1Kg / 2.2 lbs net wt.
