Non-Meltable Items

Non-meltable items include most non-chocolate products, and a few which include chocolate. Examples of non-meltable items are:

• Vanilla and Vanilla Beans
• Cocoa Butter (Which melts, but does not matter for most applications)
• Coffee
• Sukao Sets
• Fudge Fatale
• Cocoa Nibs
• Cocoa Powder
• Some Hot-Chocolate Mixes (Only those which are solely cocoa-powder based)

Note:

All chocolate bars, discs, chunks, bits, and blocks are Meltable, and are NOT ELIGIBLE for this method of shipping.

Selecting a Non-Meltable shipping option when your order contains meltable items will delay the processing of your order, as we will need to contact you to make other shipping arrangements.

If you really want to use a Non-Meltable shipping option for meltable items, we will honor your request only if you put the statement “I will accept chocolate melted in transit” in the 'comments' field of the order form. By doing so, you agree that Chocosphere and the shipper are not responsible for heat damage to your chocolate.
