Since 1998 		Chocovic originated in the Spanish city of Vic as Chocolates Arumi in 1872, making Spanish chocolate for local families according to a special recipe. Since that time, Chocovic has made many different types of chocolate. Recently, they expanded into single origin chocolates, which we at Chocosphere discovered on a journey to Amsterdam in the summer of 2004. We found these Chocovic "Origen Unico" origin chocolate bars to be so incredibly wonderful that we felt the need to share with you! ChocoVIC Logo

Jaina is a white chocolate with aromas sweeter than vanilla-scented milk, full of the promise of melted caramel you can taste at the base of your teeth. You sense the combination of sugar and acidity, but the sweetness dominates while a hint of acidity still lingers. A full bodied milky sensation with a touch of melting butter. 31% cocoa content. Not certified Kosher.
